In the last some years the domestic market of the real estate grows simply enormous rates which advance the forecasts sounded even by the most optimistically adjusted(optimistically set up) analysts and experts(auditeurs). The Ukrainian private traders (and in fact in this activity at us while private persons are engaged basically), unfortunately, are still rather far from the western standards of business dealing and, most likely, do not consider(examine) rent as long-term business, trying right now to earn as much as possible actually by a deceit ouners, not putting practically anything in repair – the future of the business. Fortunately it concerns(touches) not all market.
